Yes. Every product we distribute undergoes third-party lab testing to confirm its total Delta-9 THC content falls within the legal limit. These lab reports are accessible via QR codes located on each product's packaging and are also available upon request.

Any business that processes, prepares, sells, or serves hemp-derived consumables is required to have a Hemp Food Establishment Permit issued by Florida’s Division of Food Safety. This includes retailers, cafes, restaurants, and bars.
Yes. Our products are fully compliant for resale and on-premise service in licensed hemp food establishments. If your business has the proper Hemp Food Establishment Permit, you can legally sell or serve any of our pre-packaged hemp beverages, including those with Delta-9 THC below the 0.3% limit.
